Solstice Care was launching as a new NDIS Support Coordination and Specialised Support Coordination provider in Moreton Bay, Queensland. They needed a website from scratch, but they didn't want something that felt clinical or corporate.

The brief was clear: build something warm and trustworthy. Something that reflects the genuine care behind the business. Families looking for support coordination are often going through difficult times, and the website needed to feel like a safe, welcoming place from the moment it loads.

We built a clean single-page site with considered copy, a referral form that actually works, and imagery that grounds the brand in the local landscape. The Glass House Mountains hero ties the brand to its Queensland roots and gives the site an immediate sense of place.

The colour palette leans into deep teal with cream and bronze accents. Warm without being soft. Professional without being cold. Every section flows naturally from services to values to expertise, giving visitors a complete picture without overwhelming them.

The referral form was a key piece. Support coordinators and families need a simple, clear way to submit a referral. No friction, no confusion. Fill it out and it goes straight through.
