The Brief

A digital home for
Australia's biggest
motorsport.

Supercars needed someone who could embed directly into their team and help deliver the build out and launch of their new app and website. Not just the code, but the thousands of content deliverables that came with it over several months.

The challenge was scale. Multiple internal teams, external partners, sponsors, and broadcast schedules all feeding into one digital platform. Everything had to work together, look consistent, and ship on time.

Dylan integrated into the team full-time, building rapport across departments and working directly with stakeholders to keep the whole thing moving.

The Approach

Embedded, not
outsourced.

This wasn't a brief-and-deliver job. Dylan worked inside the Supercars team day-to-day, attending standups, coordinating with developers, and managing content pipelines across the app and website simultaneously.

The UX strategy focused on making race schedules, live timing, news, and video content accessible without overwhelming fans. The information architecture had to serve casual viewers and hardcore fans equally.

On the content side, it meant structuring thousands of assets, from sponsor logos to driver profiles to race recap videos, into a system that could scale across an entire championship season.

The Result

Launched on time.
Built to last.

The app and website launched successfully ahead of the championship season. Thousands of content pieces were delivered on schedule, the platform handled race-day traffic spikes, and the digital experience matched the calibre of the brand.

More importantly, the working relationship worked. Dylan became a trusted part of the team, bridging the gap between technical execution and the business needs of partners and sponsors.

Helped deliver the build out and launch of our new app and website. With thousands of content deliverables over several months. Dylan quickly integrated into the team and built rapport with our internal teams, external partners, and sponsors.
